Interested in starting your own entrepreneurial journey in business development but unsure what to expect? Then read up on our interview with Rav Sitaula, Founder of Rav Empowers, located in Brookeville, MD, USA.

What's your business, and who are your customers?

I offer coaching and consulting services to people who would like to manifest the reality that they want by fixing their mindset and outlook on life.

Tell us about yourself

I was previously a photographer with very less success in my business as well as personal life. That's when I seriously started to learn and apply about manifesting. I was already into spiritual books, but when I first found out about Neville, I started applying those teachings to my life.

That really changed everything for me as I was able to 10X my income in a matter of a few months. And then, I started sharing these principles on YouTube. That's really when this coaching business was born.

My family is my huge motivation for what I do. I grew up in a small and poor country like Nepal, and my family did everything that they could to ensure I lived a healthy life. So just thinking of that motivates me every single day so I can go out to provide value to my clients and viewers on Youtube.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Being able to travel freely while providing valuable services to my clients from any corner of the world.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Not being able to strategize time properly.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Look at what other successful entrepreneurs in your niche are doing and dissect why they do what they do. Also, look at what they could be doing better. With that understanding, you'll be able to create something substantial.

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

I tried so many ventures when I was younger that I was passionate about. But couldn't follow through. Although they all led me to where I am today, I could have avoided a lot of hard times if I had simply persisted through them. So I keep telling everyone, "Persistence is the key!"
