Tell us about yourself
From an ex-professional sailing background, I rowed solo across an ocean and saw a niche in the market to help others do the same adventure.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
We are the “goto” company globally and work with the most inspiring people on the planet. Building a healthy business with a team of great individuals is so rewarding as an owner.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
Others will always try to copy your success, but not very well. Although flattering, it eats into the hours you have to keep them at bay.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
