What's your business, and who are your customers?

I am an activator and guide to impact-driven entrepreneurs, visionaries, and leaders who are ready to change the world in a big way and aren't willing to compromise when it comes to matters of the heart. I help them remove personal barriers to living in alignment fully with their soul's calling and help them step into and live in their full potential.

Tell us about yourself

One day about seven years ago, I was standing in my kitchen putting my hands through my hair, at this time, I had this beautiful long mermaid hair that went down to my hips. As I was putting my hands through my hair, something felt off. I thought to myself; maybe I'm just feeling the scar from when I fell from when I was little. Nope, that's not it, I thought. I ran to the bathroom and started tilting my phone on camera mode behind my head to see what was going on on the top of my head. I realized I had a massive bald spot! I sat down to ground myself, and I heard this voice say to me, "If you don't start listening, you're going to manifest cancer and die in the next year." I only had heard this voice once before in my life and this time. Five years prior, moments before walking down the aisle. The same voice said, "This JUST isn't going to work." I ignored that voice. And now, at that moment, sitting in my kitchen, 26 on the verge of a divorce, four different autoimmune diseases, chronic pain, depression with regular anxiety attacks... I think to myself - Could it be that this was my soul talking to me this entire time? And because I ignored it, it just keeps getting louder and louder? I knew at that moment that if I didn't start listening to my soul, I wouldn't be around another year. So I started listening.

And today, I help people like you listen and decode what your soul is telling you so that you can live a life of radical alignment too. I do the work that I do because I was able to heal everything I experienced seven years ago within a few months when I started to listen and honor my soul's calling. I believe that when others are able to access and understand how the soul is communicating fully, EVERYTHING in life moves rapidly towards manifesting life and business that is everything you could have ever imagined. This, to me, is what gets me up in the morning, knowing that this is the work of awakening to your greatest life and gifts for humanity.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

My biggest accomplishment as a business owner is really about the results I can get my clients and witness their transformation personally, and professionally. Then to see the impact they can serve as a result of our work. This is really my why behind doing this work.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

I personally am an ideas person, so one of my biggest challenges is being realistic with how many different events, programs, and things I can create all at once. Discerning between what is a new project versus a future project has been a challenge of mine, and definitely making sure to "unplug" from work-related tasks on the weekends was something I struggled with for the first couple of years of my business, so now I have some solid rules in place so that I play on the weekends and after a certain time no matter what I'm unplugged!

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. You get to make your own rules on how you run your business and what works for you, so from the start, make sure to design your business from the start on how you want your life to feel and look.
  2. Hire a V/A or assistant as soon as you can to delegate the tasks that you like to AVOID doing that are not in your zone of genius. This will make you happier, more productive, and ultimately help you grow your business a lot faster than trying to do everything on your own.
  3. Join a mastermind of like-minded individuals who are working towards certain goals. This will help you feel emotionally supported, have a core group of people to bounce your ideas off and test things, as well as accountability which is key!
  4. BONUS #4 - Invest in a coach and doing the work to get the mental and emotional blocks and patterns out of the way so that you don't get in your own way in the process of putting yourself out there in a bigger way. This is probably the most IMPORTANT tip of all. You can have all of the steps and know what you need to do, but if you are sabotaging yourself or procrastinating or in patterns that aren't serving you, all of the other work won't support you.

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

That when you learn how to listen and understand your soul on a deep level, that is where the magic happens and where everything you could ever imagine becomes real before your eyes.
