What's your business, and who are your customers?
My company, Radical Results Executive Coaching, focuses on helping elite performers achieve their ultimate goals— increasing their wealth, creating a better work-life balance, improving their productivity, regaining their motivation, or discovering their life mission.
My clients range from senior execs in investment banking, M&A, Private Equity, and real estate to the executive teams of medium to large organizations across industries. Still, the Radical Results Executive Coaching Methodology can help anyone.
Tell us about yourself
I used to be in the tech industry, but then I discovered my life mission and changed my career. I became a coach and have been coaching for over 25 years. By now, what I do has become a science— my processes are proven. They can guarantee to unlock people's true potential. My most excellent motivator is seeing people fulfilled and living their dreams.
I love what I do and live my best possible life every day! Helping people exceed their expectations and achieve their unique mission in life has me leap out of bed each morning.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
As a coach and a business owner, my biggest accomplishment is seeing my clients happy and living the lives they genuinely want. I love being part of their progress and growth process.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
We all have limiting decisions that can prevent us from living at our full potential. That's why I also have a coach. She helps me identify my blind spots and pushes me outside my comfort zone so that my experience as a business owner is as smooth as possible.
Life doesn't have to be complicated, and being a business owner doesn't have to be complicated. There might be times that require more discipline and more efficient processes. Still, the key is to keep our heads grounded and have the right professionals to help us live at our fullest potential.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Get a professional coach/mentor to guide you through identifying your strengths and how to take full advantage of them, but also identify your weaknesses to transform them into opportunities so nothing can stop you. You can reach your full potential to achieve EPIC results.
- Be disciplined and take consistent ACTION. Action is key to achieving anything in life. You can have a 1 million idea, but take action to make sure that idea is worthwhile! So, disciplined action is what creates MAGIC.
- Make developing yourself your top priority. Always be growing.
