Interested in starting your own entrepreneurial journey but unsure what to expect? Then read up on our interview with Jessi Rosinski, Founder of Radiance Point, LLC, located in Boston, MA, USA.

What's your business, and who are your customers?

Radiance Point is for people who value their well-being, appreciate beauty, and want to savor life.

Radiance Point is here to delight you with artful and immersive well-being experiences. Imagine yourself basking in a sunlit room enjoying fresh aromatic tea. You receive a live musical meditation–created just for you–and you're lovingly guided through writing and breathing practices that warm your heart. You're surrounded with care, and you deserve it! This is just the beginning of what you can expect. If you spend a morning with me, you'll leave feeling connected to yourself and the world around you.

I also offer intimate classes and individual online guidance to build mindfulness and presence. In our busy, noisy world, I guide my clients to listen in and be the center of their own attention through mindfulness meditation, focus-building breathwork, gentle movement, and kind self-reflection. My clients learn how to sit with themselves and care for their inner terrain so that they can flourish from a place of deep well-being.

Tell us about yourself

I'm a professional flutist, wellbeing guide, and educator who also went to business school– I love intersections and interdisciplinary living!

I believe you deserve to flourish—to live with meaning, dazzle, connection, acceptance, and resilience. That's why I create experiences to build presence and savor life.

I'm motivated by people who are thriving and boldly pursuing their dreams, and I'm also motivated by the people who tell me they feel broken, depleted, or alone.

In a world whirling with high demands, collective pain, and constant stimulation, I'm compelled to create space to experience beauty, digest life, and cultivate nourishment so that you can live with presence and delight.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Starting! I've had seed ideas and entrepreneurial urges forever, and I spent many years in deep study and learning from and working for others. Starting a purpose-driven venture is not a linear path, and there are surprises everywhere. I'm proud to merge my skills as a musician, educator, and well-being guide alongside my innate curiosity, creative vision, and thoughtful empathy. It's an accomplishment to claim space and share artful offerings that delight, support, and connect my community.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

I thrive when I'm working alongside quality collaborators and thought partners. Starting out has its lonely moments, and that's been one of the hardest things for me.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Trust that your business obstacles are chances to grow both as a person and professional. Your venture will show you how to work with your fears and insecurities in a new way. There's so much possibility to practice your own self-compassion and grace as you grow a business.
  2. Remember to appreciate. Acknowledge your hard work and learning. Notice the ways you help others. See the small successes and problems solved.
  3. Keep going! Everything is a work in progress.
