What's your business and who are your customers?

I am a certified Speaker, Coach, Trainer and member of the John Maxwell Team. Also, I am a member of the BSW (Brain Stimulated Wellness.) Teaching neurokinesis techniques to help men and women overcome stress, anxiety and PTSD.

Tell us about yourself

As a former law enforcement professional, and volunteer conflict resolution coach, I wanted to continue in the coaching profession.

I became a certified member with the leading name and organization in leadership coaching (John C. Maxwell.) Further, I also chose to pursue a coaching certification in Brain Stimulated Wellness. These techniques help anyone with PTSD, anxiety, trauma and similar issues.

What are the top 3 tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

PLG- Persistence, Learn, and Grow. You must persist, learn in the midst and continue learning, and grow from what you have and are learning.

If there was one thing you could do repeatedly to help grow your business, what would it be?

Speak monthly!

What are some of the things you put in place to maintain a healthy work/life balance?

Steven Covey in his book "The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People" recommends you calendar your week. Identifying those items that have priority each day.

Who are some of your favorite entrepreneurs and why?

First, it depends on the subject. On leadership I'd say Dr. John Maxwell.

Other books I'd recommend are Kouzes and Poser's books the Leadership Challenge and Learning Leadership.

Mindset by Dr. Carol Dweck, plus The Millionaire Mind Dr. Thomas Stanley.
