What's your business, and who are your customers?
I help people love their lives and their work more! I use a neurotechnology called Scientific Hand Analysis, which identifies your innate purpose, your special talents to help you fulfill that purpose and blind spots that trip you up so you can take action on them.
Most people aren't aware that the lines in your hands mimic the neural pathways in your brain. This work is so accurate that FORBES wrote about it, and people find it "fascinating," "freaky accurate," "spot on," and "life-changing."
I am a Master Scientific Hand Analyst, highly certified as possible, and have clients in 12 countries. I use handprints and Zoom, so location doesn't matter!
Tell us about yourself
I had three prior careers, all in the corporate world. Successful, yes, but in each, I would hit a wall of boredom after several years. I believed everyone has a purpose, but I didn't know what mine was. My previous career was as a professional speaker and trainer; I really enjoyed it for a while but darn it! Hit that same wall again. But I didn't know what else to do for work. Career coaching didn't help me, nor did reading all the what-is-my-next-career books, so I just kept doing the speaking. Then both of my parents passed away three months apart, and it hit me that life is short, and I needed to figure things out. So I started googling," how do I find my life purpose?"
After a while, I ran across a headline for a teleseminar that read, "Discover your innate life purpose!" Well, I couldn't click that link fast enough. The first words I read were 'hand analysis,' and my heart sank. I knew palm-reading was not what I wanted nor would give me what I needed. Then I saw the word 'scientific,' and that helped me put aside my anal MBA skepticism, so I listened to the teleseminar. The information seemed very credible, I really wanted to know my purpose, so I got a hand analysis done, and WOW! It blew my mind! The information in my hands explained many patterns in my life, why I liked some things but not others, why some things worked, but others didn't, and much more.
Basically, it explained my life, who I am at my core, and how to take action to find my ideal work and life. VOILA! I knew if I took action on that information, my life would change, and I would see what I was looking for, and that's exactly what happened within a few months.
I absolutely love helping people feel like I do about their lives and work. Every single analysis is like a mystery I get to solve to change someone's life. The purpose in your hands is not a specific job description, that would be coo-coo. It's the comprehensive description of the concept behind the way you are meant to make a difference in the world, and everyone has options. There's no one specific way to fulfill your purpose.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
I feel I've achieved two major accomplishments as a business owner. First, I have helped thousands of people live better lives with more joy and fulfillment. Second, because of the previous contribution, I've built another successful business with this amazing work and reached an income level I'm proud of.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
For me, the hardest part of being a business owner is the consistent marketing and struggling through the down times. Every business has them, it can be challenging for sure, but the effort is so worth it!
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
My advice for entrepreneurs would be to make sure you love the work you have chosen to build your business around, hire coaches when you need them for specific aspects of growing and building a business, and do a lot of inner mindset work around persistence, gratitude, and law of attraction. And, of course, make sure your work is in alignment with your innate purpose!
Is there anything else you'd like to share?
I truly believe that the only way to the deeper and more consistent joy and fulfillment that people crave is through living in alignment with your purpose. The world would be different if more people were 'on purpose' and happier because of it. And, if more people were making the difference they were meant to make in the world, the positive possibilities and repercussions would skyrocket!
