What's your business, and who are your customers?

My mission is to help companies increase their profits (EBITDA) thanks to a sharp and effective sales and marketing strategy and consequent action plan. Therefore I work with enterprises that are not afraid to change and challenge their own status quo. It does not matter the dimension of the company; what matters is the true desire to change and improve.

Tell us about yourself

After having spent about 10 years working for multinational groups in sales and marketing, I was offered to start a freelance career, and I loved the opportunity. I believe that my job can improve the quality of life of people and society. I do really believe that by working, it's possible to change the world and the people.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

The success of my clients: when they tell me that in adopting my suggestions and working together, they achieve the growth they were looking for.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

I think it's the uncertainty for the future. Again and again, you have to start every new year from scratch and build again.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Plan before starting, but not too much: bravery should be one of the ingredients.
  2. Never stop studying, be curious and willing to learn.
  3. Invest in people: they are your greatest treasure.
