What's your business, and who are your customers?

We are a Coaching Company and Brand that specializes in "Provoking Positive Change." Through our unique systems, style, and services, we are able to help people become better versions of themselves and ultimately help them get to their "Peak Performance." We work with Coachable People that want to increase their Lifestyle, Physical Health, Mental Health, Productivity, and Purpose. We also work with Small Business Owners, Executive Teams, and their Companies, focusing on Sales, Scaling, Strategy, Service & Marketing. These companies want Better Companies run by Better People to get Better Results, and we help them do that. Provoke|Coach®️ and our clients give back to the charitable groups we serve. Each client chooses among these charitable groups to donate to when they do business with Provoke|Coach®️. This allows us to reach our ultimate goal of helping others at scale.

Tell us about yourself

After a 15-year career as an Executive in "Corporate America," I finally decided that there was more out there for me than just a paycheck. I needed more purpose. I took what I had learned over the years from great mentorship and real-world education and bet it all on "me." That's when I decided to go all in. I wanted to help people become better, do more, and be more, so they could give back, repeat, repeat, repeat.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Starting and not giving up, EVER! I've had more failures than accomplishments, that is a fact, but I've taken more shots and failed more times than most people attempt.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

That nobody will ever care as much as you do about your company, your vision, or your mission. You are alone. It's only 1-PLAYER. Sure after a while, you scale and grow in the future, but you must wear most of the hats at the beginning. When you do this, you know more about your business, every aspect.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Businesses Fail due to lack of Follow Through. If no actions are made, nothing is accomplished, and you don't know what works or doesn't. This is critical for the Sales and Marketing of your company. Without Sales, you don't have a company. Without Marketing, you don't have sales.
  2. Block out distractions and distractors. Don't allow other successes or failures to get in the way of your mission and/or directives. Focus on you, your mission, and your ideas of what wins and accomplishments are to you.
  3. Hire a Coach or Mentor. Everyone, I repeat Everyone, can and should hire a coach, get a mentor, or just ask for help from someone. Accountability is the biggest gift that someone can receive. This allows someone to grow and become a better version of themselves. This allows them to get a second opinion, a different view, or even a kick in the ass that they need.

Is there anything else you'd like to share?
