I’m an instant gratification guy. I love to produce results that are desirable and measurable, so it made perfect sense for me to get into the cleaning business as you put forth the action, and the results are immediately observable. I get a great sense of accomplishment when I’m able to solve problems for customers and deliver immediate results.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment and business is being the go-to solution for our community when it comes to exterior cleaning. We’ve done this through a commitment to over exceed our customer’s expectations.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
I believe the hardest thing that comes with being a business owner is the unknown stress and pressure that is put on the individual to perform and make it actually work to the degree that it will be significant in the marketplace.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Be resilient, be patient yet vigorous, get guidance, and don’t give up.
