We Teach Chiropractors and Acupuncturists how to manage their offices for maximum productivity.
Tell us about yourself
I am a Chiropractor and had a very successful practice. Other Doctors asked me how I did it, and that’s how I started teaching others. I love it when the practice I’m working with achieves its goals, and the staff and Doctor have a smooth-running operation where everyone loves to work.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
I have helped thousands and thousands and thousands of holistic healthcare professionals help more and more patients with healthful methods, not drugs and surgeries. This is what makes my day.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Knowing what kind of staff to pick to be on your team and then motivating them to do more and better so that they win and the office as a whole wins.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Pick the right kind of people to play the game with, provide top-notch service, and market like hell!!
