What's your business, and who are your customers?

I run an all-5-star rated digital marketing agency helping businesses grow via data-driven strategies and techniques. This includes PPC, SEO, Email, Social, and Analytics.

Tell us about yourself

I started this agency because I had my own online business and was let down by a lot of marketing agencies at the time. I quickly realized that without traffic, a website is worthless, and the need for trustworthy, genuine marketers was very highly needed.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

My biggest accomplishment was with a family-owned e-commerce client that grew 5x in one month and went from having 10 employees to 30, helping him maintain his family business for years to come.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

There are so many things a business owner needs to do, with the hardest being prioritizing tasks. If you prioritize the wrong tasks first, you end up losing time and money, while other, more important tasks get left behind and hurt your business.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

The most important tip or advice I would give is to go and work in the field/industry you are going to open a business. I had worked for a digital agency for 3 years before I opened my own, and I can't tell you the amount of experience and knowledge I gained at the agency. Without that knowledge, I doubt I would have run a successful agency as I do today!
