What's your business, and who are your customers?
We are a digital therapeutics company that designs and creates corrective exercise therapy programs for businesses and their clients, members, employees, patients, and residents. Our programs combat chronic musculoskeletal pain and increase bodily function.
Tell us about yourself
I am an orthopedic surgeon who is passionate about empowering and motivating people and patients to take part in the care of their musculoskeletal system. I have always been driven by helping people understand their physical pain and then providing them tips, suggestions, and action items so they can get back to doing the things that bring them joy.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment as a business owner has been the fulfillment I get by offering digital care tools that safely and effectively help people live to their fullest potential.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
I have found that connecting to the right team and creating a strong working unit has been the hardest thing as a business owner.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Find great people to work with you and offer the expertise that you may not have. It takes a strong and compatible team to have success as an entrepreneur.
Is there anything else you'd like to share?
The journey from an orthopedic surgeon to entrepreneur has been fulfilling and challenging, but through collaboration, a great team, and strategic partnerships, success is attainable.
