What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
In business since 1989, we have survived multiple economic challenges, the latest - the pandemic. We are still here, injured, but here.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Dealing with people that are dishonest, unethical, and predatory in nature. Too many of those around, unfortunately.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Today's environment is extremely challenging. I would advise entrepreneurs to do the following:
- Clearly assess your strengths and weaknesses and how they relate to the market, product, or service you are thinking of providing.
- Who else do you need? You are going to need help; recognize it upfront.
- Be extremely cautious with your time; recognize the time wasters.
