What's your business, and who are your customers?
Perfezione is a lingerie brand designed to empower and flatter small busts. Our customers are women with small breasts that do not find bras or lingerie that fits them.
Tell us about yourself
I am the founder of Perfezione. What got me started working on this business was the idea of spreading positivity around small busts since, like me, millions of women around the world have felt at some point insecure because of the size of their chest and had so many problems finding bras that fit and make them feel feminine and sexy.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
In the first year of launch in Peru, Perfezione made it part of the top 2 fashion retailers in Peru while having the US as the biggest online market.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
I'd say the start of any business, when you need to take care of everything, 2-3 years were the hardest and most fulfilling as well because we got to learn and pivot a lot.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Be prepared to suck at many things and learn a bit of everything.
- As soon as you get enough revenue, outsource tasks and focus on what you're good at.
- Leadership skills will help you build strong skills!! Invest in learning these.
