Teaching executives and leaders, the Primordial Sounds Meditation technique that is based on the Mantra (instrument of calming our mind) - closer to the time of our birth - it is the calculation of the time of your birth, place (city), and date.

Tell us about yourself

My childhood dream was to be an agency owner - I grew up in Israel, and my uncle owns a local agency. I used to hang out a lot with them, so this was part of my plan. Helping people move from their uncomfortable spaces through changes and healing - is a big goal. Making sure we are merging Western Medicine with the Eastern options and allowing people to heal, feel better, and be happier - my love for India took me on many trips to the land of Ayurveda, Yoga, and meditation, where you can understand the connection between Mind-Body-Spirit as key to our daily routine and understanding ourselves. Self-care and self-love are critical for us all. Bringing mindful moments to leadership plays a significant role in the C-Suite of this century.

As an Author, I collaborated on three books in 2021:

  1. Life & Death Decisions in the C-Suite, contributed "Modern, Mindful Healthcare in a Meta-Hybrid Workforce Culture" chapter.
  2. Business Boosts Volume 3, contributed "Modern Leadership in a Meta Corporate Culture" chapter - towards a new Executive Model.
  3. Voices of the 21st Century - Conscious, Caring Women who make a difference. Contributed "Medicate or Meditate: Mindful Leaders in the Current Meta Hybrid Workplace" chapter.

I am now completing my upcoming book, 'Super Ohmni' - An RX for Hybrid Meta Leadership in the New Now. So beyond delivering our medical insurance and benefits in every sector and profession, leading by example and making a difference as part of my daily routine is essential for me on this life ride.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Since 2014 we have insured and enrolled over 4,000 people into the Medi-Cal coverage without getting paid by the government. I feel as if we did a Mitzvah and still doing it. My team and I are super proud of that.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

When I became the CEO of my company. In the late '80s, and I took the role of leading a team on my own, I never thought I would have to bury a 57 young senior employee that was leading my team for over 12 years, this was happening recently, and it was and still is the most challenging moment in my leadership role. She got sick, and it went super quick as her health declined in less than two months.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

I would say pick a mentor, for sure, as many will share. But for me, taking care of yourself comes first! Make sure you are healthy, happy, and content at any time. It is not one size fits all - it will be different for each and every one of us.

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

Some highlights on giving back to the industry I love so much:

In 2015 I wrote a CE class (Continuing Education class) that I am teaching in the insurance industry; it was approved by the department of insurance in California, Nevada, Arizona, Texas, and Florida: ' Reducing Cost of HealthCare with Yoga and Meditation.' In 2018, another class - ' Meditation as a new way for wellness.'

I am now moving the information to the blockchain. Bringing Web3 panels to many industries around the globe. I share a unique style and balance of proven women leadership and wellness in Web3 and corporate wisdom across industries. My programs inspire and educate brands on onboarding Web2 to Web3 as a professional speaker, RugRadio Dao Council, and author - with the mind of a rock star, an artist's heart, an avid volunteer, and generosity.
