What's your business, and who are your customers?
Passionate Media Marketing is a full-service marketing agency that specializes in creating and executing customized marketing strategies for small and medium-sized businesses. Our mission is to help our clients build their brands, increase their online presence, and generate leads that convert into sales.
Tell us about yourself
Passionate Media Marketing was born out of my and my partner's frustration as digital marketers who witnessed many businesses being overcharged, taken advantage of, and locked into long-term contracts without seeing any tangible results. I knew that we could do things differently, and we wanted to create a company that put the needs and success of our clients first.
At Passionate Media Marketing, what keeps me motivated is knowing that we are not just a marketing agency but are working towards creating a movement towards a better way of doing business. We are committed to transparency, honesty, and ethics in all that we do, and we strive to inspire other internet marketing agencies to join us in this mission.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
As a digital marketing owner, I would have to say my biggest accomplishment is growing to an agency of 5 people without locking our clients into contracts. All our clients are with us because they want to be with us; they see the results and see the value in what we do. I personally have had some clients for over 11 years, and having them continue to be on our client roster with us gives me an immense sense of satisfaction and gratitude.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
Staying relevant, up-to-date, and on top of what's going on in the industry. Digital marketing is a very dynamic industry, changes are happening constantly, and tactics, strategies, and tools go out of date extremely quickly. Being able to adapt, pivot, and change strategies quickly is essential to staying relevant and keeping clients profitable in this industry.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- No one will ever work as hard as you on your business.
- Be unique and have a niche.
- Be laser-focused on your mission, vision, and values. Don't just know it, but find practical ways to engrain it into your workflows, company culture, and everyday work life.
