What's your business, and who are your customers?

Sincerely healthy & delicious paleo treats made with simple & nutritious ingredients. Our baked goods are always gluten, grain, dairy, and refined sugar-free. Our promise is to never use preservatives, food colors, corn, soy, or fillers in our treats. Using almond flour, organic coconut flour, and organic cold-pressed coconut oil to craft the most delicious treats, sweetened with fruits, dates, and honey and flavored with unsweetened cocoa powder, pure vanilla & fresh ground spices.

Our mission is to craft the best-tasting bread and cakes with the shortest, cleanest ingredient list you can sincerely love! Our baked goods are sincerely nourishing and delicious that everyone can enjoy. We know how difficult it is to find great-tasting healthy options, so you can live your best life without the hassle of making everything from scratch. Our products, including our vegan options, are always celiac safe.

Tell us about yourself

Being diagnosed with an autoimmune condition and being hospitalized for three weeks in the ICU caused me to rethink the way I was eating and change my diet. While on this diet, I regained my health but missed cakes & cookies. I created Sincerely, BY PARYANI to fill the void in the marketplace. Our baked goods are always gluten-free, grain-free, dairy-free & refined sugar-free and cater to those with dietary restrictions.

Paryani foods began as a passion project for people with limited diets and health concerns. Our goal is to cater to individuals who are mindful of what they eat and where their food comes from. At Paryani Foods, we know that food is an important part of the celebration of life, and for many with health issues, limited diets, illnesses, or preferences, it can be hard to find ready-made foods that are affordable, available, nutritious, and free from grains, dairy, artificial colors and more. We aim for our customers to feel good about their choices after they eat our desserts.

I started Sincerely, BY PARYANI because I was passionate about helping people with dietary issues, food intolerances, food sensitivities, and more. It has been a challenging and rewarding experience. We love to hear testimonies from people who are thankful to have found ready-to-eat nutritious treats free from gums, fillers, food coloring, and preservatives. Seeing the excitement of finding our bakes and treats on the faces of my customers, from the youngest to the oldest, is proof that we're making a difference. The emails, text messages, and reviews really brighten my days, and all the struggle feels worth it!

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

We still have a long way to go. My biggest accomplishment, as of now, is having customers coming back for more while raving about the quality and taste of our products and bringing their friends and family with them to try our products.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Wearing different hats while running the business. Trying to source the cleanest ingredients with rising prices and labor shortages in the post covid world.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Start your business, don't overthink. There's never going to be a perfect time.
