What's your business, and who are your customers?

We are a bakery and dessert provider company specializing in making plant-based and gluten-free products using only wholesome ingredients. We present food as a vessel of self-love, nourishment, and energy. Our hashtag and slogan is #eatmorebeauty. We believe we should eat what we are, therefore, seeking to match that beauty and vibrancy with our foods. Our customers are lifestyle-conscious businesses.

Tell us about yourself

Rebellion has pushed me to where I am today. It's an energy that motivates me to create solutions, open doors, and enjoy new adventures. I didn't want to work for anyone, and by doing so, I started experimenting with all the services I could offer with cooking until it was time to get a team, create a company and dive deep into the business. The life that I have created for myself is what motivates me to keep enjoying it. I have priceless freedom. I'm creating something every day, from a graphic to a recipe or a solution to a problem. The business that I have created allows me to be myself - and it demands the very best of me.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Observing the ecosystem formed after the creation of a business, how every single moving part and living being of this ecosystem is necessary for the health and happiness of itself and this organized and synchronistic world.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

It's very demanding. My life must be in total balance to have a successful business. It's very challenging. I'm learning every day about people, relationships, and myself. I have to be kept in check. When I'm out of whack, it reflects on my business.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Be solution oriented.
  2. Be flexible and quick to adapt.
  3. Trust your "why" and stick to your values.
