What's your business, and who are your customers?
Driven Performance Consulting is a performance management and employee development firm. We partner with HR leaders and entrepreneurs to create and deliver corporate training and coaching programs that empower employee engagement, team building, upskilling, and high productivity.
Tell us about yourself
I am an organizational and behavioral economist, and my passion is contributing to people and building powerful enterprises where people flourish and thrive as they produce remarkable results.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
As a fairly new business owner, I have quickly established our reputation as a results producer and have clients regularly rating our performance at 9 out of 10. We have served clients in Ethiopia, Germany, the UK, the US, UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar in our first year of operations.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
One of the hardest things that come with being a business owner is balancing and prioritizing time. Taking time outs for peace of mind and restoration and choosing what to invest in - time, attention, and knowledge development - is always challenging.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
