What's your business, and who are your customers?
I have an online coaching certification company! We are a board-certified and accredited Coaching & NLP certification company that upholds industry standards with the values of integrity, authenticity, and leadership. At the Rainmaker Institute of Coaching & Healing, you'll be transformed into a world-class coach. You will be trained and certified in multiple coaching and healing modalities, techniques & tools.

Tell us about yourself
I wanted to create a business that would generate enough money to get me out of the club, and I wanted to help other women do the same thing! When I 'came out of the stripper closet" and was able to really help other dancers is when my business really took off! After I grew my business through group coaching programs, I decided to create my coaching certification to certify other coaches to do the same!
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
I would say my biggest accomplishment is creating a coaching business outside of the club that replaced my dancing income!
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
At first, it was being authentic about myself and my story - once I moved through that, it was just about which direction do I want to go!
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- TAKE ACTION!! There is no shortage of information out there, but the difference between successful people and unsuccessful is that they were willing to implement and try!
- Make personal growth & healing a priority. Business is a game of energetics, and the more you work on bettering yourself as a human, the more you will be able to navigate the ebbs and flows of entrepreneurship.
- Find a mentor/ coach. You can find all the information out there on your own, but when you work with someone who has learned these hard lessons, they can save you so much time and money by learning from their experiences!
