What's your business, and who are your customers?

We offer services nationally to all types of businesses. We are specialists in the field of digital marketing with more than five years of experience developing successful campaigns for our clients. Our specialty lies within Facebook Advertising on Instagram Ads and Google AdWords, which helps us reach your audience more effectively than ever before by utilizing the power of Social Media Marketing and Search Engine Optimization (SEO). Our customers are small- to mid-size market businesses located around the United States that are looking to grow through online digital market services.

Tell us about yourself

I first started my business as a junior in high school. I have always enjoyed photography and video work and everything in the world of digital marketing. Today, 5.5 years later, I am motivated by seeing my clients succeed by driving more business and local connections and being a resource to these clients and others. Also, having a team and helping them grow has been a fulfilling part of my success.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Winning the Titan 100 award for one of the top Philadelphia executives was quite an accomplishment. However, having a great team and culture far exceeds any business accomplishments. Furthermore, having over 300 clients who use our services and trust us is invaluable.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

The schedule and everything coming back to you. No matter the situation, if something is not solved by someone else on the team, it comes back to you, the business owner, to solve the issue. With this comes long hours, time that could be considered "wasted," and a lot of training for team members. Making the best decisions, guiding the path, and creating strategic plans, are all difficult parts of running an organization.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Find a mentor (a mentor is different than a coach). Ideally, the mentor has done what you are looking to do.
  2. Networking and connecting people sooner. Your network is your net worth.
  3. Investing more into people and marketing is critical.

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

The MAIN THING is the MAIN THING, don't get distracted.

Don't give up. It is not easy; it really isn't - you will work long hours some days and not on others, but a business is like having a child - don't do it if you don't fully understand what goes into it.
