What's your business, and who are your customers?
Your Packaging Specialist for all your custom printed packaging from Corrugated Boxes, Display, point of purchase, and point of sales. Including all shapes and sizes of custom-printed Folding Cartons for Retail to internet sales for every industry. Customers are from every industry and who make something or ship something or display products.
Tell us about yourself
I started my company 23 years ago after being in the industry for 6 years. I decided I wanted to work for myself and build a great company where service and quality are the most important to my customers at a good price. I get motivated each day knowing Im helping my current customers with all their packaging/ display needs, meeting new customers every day, and helping them build a new company with their packaging to fulfill their dreams of building a company. What's fun is getting to meet new customers every day.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
I have been in this business for over 29 years now and still have some of the same customers. My business continues to grow mostly by word of mouth, giving the best service in the industry.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
It's true that your phone is always with you, and hard to turn that off when you're the owner or not to answer your phone and return a call right away.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Find customers that value service and quality over cheapest price.
- Hard work and persistence does pay off as you have to work hard and smart.
- Keep your eye on the prize, and don't give up.
