What's your business, and who are your customers?
We built Startup Pack, an Italian community to mentor startup founders. In one year, we involved 50+ mentors and supported 150+ founders, with a satisfaction rate of 95% and an NPS of 100. Our customers are SMEs with 20-250 employees.
Tell us about yourself
We are in our early 20s, and we agree that the work environment does not match our needs. GenZ pretends to feel valued as individuals. Our goal is to improve the world of work, and this is a reason that motivates us every day. We would like to change the way of working for 1% of the employees in the coming 10 years.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Our biggest accomplishment is the fact that we have supported 150+ founders. Seeing the ideas of other business owners come true is amazing.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
The hardest things are people management and communication. It's necessary to discuss with different people, and listen to others' opinions, to find a compromise.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Do it. There's no better time to start than now.
- Do it while you're young because you have nothing to lose. Remember that having a good team is fundamental.
- I tried it in my own skin. In fact, I failed in my first startup because I was alone.
