My business is Pachamama Restaurante, and my customers are in Los Angeles, more specifically in Venice beach and San Diego.

Tell us about yourself

Pachamama was born with a clear mission of helping the planet and the community in which it is located; besides great healthy food, we are trying to bring awareness of the way we treat our planet and our body.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

My biggest accomplishment as an owner and chef is building organic gardens for the school around and rescuing bees with our partners at BeeLeafUSA.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

The amount of hours that you dedicate, but when you do it with love for the concept, is not a problem at all.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
