What's your business, and who are your customers?

I run my own holistic practice from home, offering spiritual coaching, meditations, and energy healing. I also have my own line of aromatherapy mists, crystal healing bracelets, essential oil rollerballs, and more. I love everything that helps us feel better from within and begin healing. I help you shift your inner world so you can finally experience a new reality in your outer world.

People that are suffering, anxious, and feel they have hit rock bottom are my clients. They are looking to finally heal, show up in alignment, get reconnected with themselves, feel alive, and re-build their relationship with self and life after many years of suffering.

Tell us about yourself

I experienced a collapse back in 2011, and it truly was a gift for me as it positioned me to slow down and look at my life through a magnifying glass. Essentially, seeing what was not working, what was sitting inside of me that wasn’t healed, understanding my constant anxiety, and understanding myself more and the life I had been living, which always felt heavy, difficult, and unaligned. I didn’t see the collapse initially as a blessing, it became crystal clear a couple of years post-collapse.

As I started to see my collapse differently, I became open to seeing my gifts and new skill sets. I trusted what I was feeling and followed it intuitively. I’m so grateful I did as I discovered my purpose. I’ve always wanted to help others deeply since I was a young girl. I can honestly say I am living this truth. What keeps me motivated? My desire is to help others heal, remember their worth, and know they don’t have to suffer.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

I don’t feel there is just one big accomplishment, rather small significant ones that I experience daily. Some examples are, I believe in my ability to serve and support, I never believed in myself, so this is a huge win for me now, trusting my creative downloads to help serve the world in my humble way, seeing results in my wonderful clients, keeping my unwavering faith in the universe that I too am supported in my mission. Also, remembering the value of holding continued space for those suffering so they can begin healing and be heard.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

I don’t think anything is hard per se being a business owner. You just have to stay committed and consistent with your vision and stay open to receiving as you grow.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Go for it! If it’s a burning desire you feel within, you must activate it. It’s coming up constantly for a reason.
  2. Pay attention to where your energy goes, who you spend time with, and what you spend time on, as your energy is precious, and the better you are using your energy for your passions and helping the world, the more success you will meet. Make sure to rest as you are being called to, or you will burn out.
  3. Believe in yourself and your abilities, be flexible in your thinking, and don’t be afraid to reach out to get help.
