What's your business, and who are your customers?

We are a Coffee Retailer and Roaster in Boulder, CO. Our customers are those that enjoy craft roasted coffee and ethically sourced organic coffees.

I love the opportunity to have an impact on people's lives, from our employees to our coffee farmers.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Starting out on a very tight budget and getting my start with an SBA Loan. We continued to grow and expand our operations to 5 retail locations and a Roastery serving customers all over the country.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

So far, COVID and Staffing.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Have a great business plan; expect it to take 25% longer than expected and cost 25-50% more than expected. Stay positive and focused on the goal.

Is there anything else you'd like to share?
