Tell us about yourself

I moved to Dallas, Texas seven years ago and quickly realized how much the French lifestyle was sought after. Being a Parisian native, I launched OuiPlease with the idea of adding the French 'je ne sais quoi' to American women's daily life.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Coming to the United States as a foreigner and creating a business from nothing has by far been my biggest accomplishment. The fact that I was able to bring this amazing idea to life, watch it flourish and have others love it has been the highlight of it all.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

There are plenty of unforeseen stressors that come with owning a business - from accountability to monetary issues - nothing comes easy and it is a daily challenge to keep pushing for the best outcome during the most difficult of times.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

The top three tips I'd give to someone are:

1) Create a tangible idea and believe in it.

2) Don't overthink everything; Most people do have great ideas, however, they allow fear and overthinking to rule them.

3) Nothing is impossible. Most successful people will say this, but it's because it's true. Difficulties arise, but you simply have to push through ups and downs.
