What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

One of the biggest accomplishments as a business owner is navigating today's technology. Taking a physical store and transforming it into an online shop that ships and works with clients worldwide have been an adventure in learning that creates new and wonderful connections.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

While running a business can be rewarding, long hours, drive and motivation can be daunting at times. This, coupled with trying to balance personal, family, and the day-to-day, requires a lot of mental, physical, and emotional stamina. Asking for help and delegating work as also been a challenge.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Three tips I can offer for any new or seasoned entrepreneur is to trust your dream. Second is everything takes time, don't compare your success to others; everyone has a different set of tools (e.g., finances, time, resources, etc.) to work with. Third, quality over quantity. Focus on your product and/or services and provide the best you can.

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

When your business comes from your heart and soul, you can not fail; you can only evolve.
