What's your business, and who are your customers?
We work with founders who are getting exhausted with the effort that goes into sales. They want more and more, but their time has to be used to generate sales, and that doesn't seem to be changing.
Tell us about yourself
The motivation is simple... I get to work with purpose-driven people who love what they do. I am there as they struggle with a revenue ceiling, and I get to be there as they break through it. It is a wonderful feeling watching my clients get the sales they need while I spend more time in other areas.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
I have helped multiple companies go from $5 to over $50 million. I have helped many individuals launch businesses, but my favorite is a founder who expressed that he was not only getting growth, but because of that growth, he was able to give his team a raise and take his first vacation in 8 years!
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
The stress that you wear when one of your clients is struggling, and there isn't a lot you can do about it. When my clients are losing sleep, and I haven't figured it out yet, I lose sleep.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Find a problem before anything else.
- Solve that problem for one person before you worry about anything after that. Ignore the need for scale.
- Do the first two steps repeatedly.
