What's your business, and who are your customers?
Online Super Coach helps Fitness Professionals launch and scale their online businesses so they can break away from trading hours for dollars. They will achieve financial and personal freedom and live the life they deserve.
Tell us about yourself
I have been in the health club business for over 20 years. I own a gym, cycle studio, yoga studio, and a kids' recreational facility in NY. I acquired Online Super Coach to add to my portfolio as online training is continuing to grow year after year.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Proud of my employee retention. Most of my staff have been with me for over a decade. Without a great team, you can't go anywhere.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Knowing when to keep pushing forward when experimenting with a new concept and when to cut your losses.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Get your hands dirty. Do every single aspect of your job, so you know it better than everyone. You can't scale unless you know what you are talking about.
