What's your business, and who are your customers?
I am a leadership coach and career strategist. My ideal clients are high-achieving women who want to find meaning and clarity in their careers. They long to do something that matters and no longer want to exchange their time, energy, or family for just a paycheck. They want something that means more.
Tell us about yourself
I got my start in coaching from being in HR & Talent Development for over a decade. Being on the backside of a company really highlights where things could be improved, and leadership is one of the biggest. What motivates me each day is knowing I can make a difference in someone's life through coaching and watching them learn, grow, and have ah-ha moments.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment as a business owner is simply taking the leap. There's a lot that goes into being a solopreneur, which can be overwhelming, but I'm so happy I got started.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Marking myself and managing all aspects of the business, from social media to sales.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Be very clear on what you want to do and WHY you want to do it before starting. Get help from whomever you can, even if it's a teenager or child that can help with some behind-the-scenes tasks. Get started!
