Breathwork is my passion and my Profession. I teach Breath Awareness and Conscious Breathing as a Tool for Health, Growth, and Change in Spirit, Mind, and Body. I offer Breathwork Training, Coaching, and Consulting for Peak Performance, Optimal Health, and Ultimate Potential. And I certify Breathwork Teachers and Practitioners.

Tell us about yourself
I have been Studying and Practicing Breathwork since 1970; when working as an X-ray technician, I discovered the miraculous benefits of Breathwork in resuscitating someone who went into cardiac arrest. I worked in the Navy as a Deep Sea Diver and Medical Rescue Specialist. I have traveled to over 65 countries and trained more than 250,000 people. And my book, "Just Breathe," is an international best seller, now in 11 languages.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment was being recognized as the world's leading expert and authority in the field of Breathwork, bringing Breathwork training to Olympic Athletes, leading medical experts and celebrities like Tony Robbins, and publishing my book by Simon & Schuster.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
One of the hardest things about being an entrepreneur is maintaining the courage to walk your own path, sticking with your mission and purpose, and holding to your principles thru all the ups and downs of a business. Another difficult thing is finding the right people and creating a good working team.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
