What's your business, and who are your customers?
On Point Beauty by SRCfaces provides professional makeup application and beauty services to women of all ages. I bring my makeup application skills right to your doorstep so that you do not have to leave the comfort of your home for beauty.
Tell us about yourself
I'm a professionally trained makeup artist of over 17 years and the owner of On Point Beauty. I specialize in getting each and every complexion just right; whether it's bridal, special occasions, prom, fashion shows, tv, or video, you will have the unique glam you desire.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Being the key makeup artist for 3 major fashion shows. Feature spread in Fashion Avenue Magazine 2019, 2022 Destination Wedding in Cancun, Mexico, for over 8 bridal party members.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Balancing time, saying no to clients when I am booked up.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Be patient with yourself. You won't get everything all at once.
- Continue to get training in your industry/craft, and be an avid learner.
- Spend money to invest in yourself.
