What's your business, and who are your customers?
In 2018, I founded the company ON - Growth Mindset to accompany people and companies on their path to innovation. My clients are established companies that are looking for new, unconventional solutions to old familiar problems.
Tell us about yourself
My goal is to inspire and supervise transformational processes in companies in order to make employees stop and rethink existing structures. This is only possible by creating spaces between mindsets, toolsets, and skillsets and by helping people organically develop and sustainably anchor their new-found ideas.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
The luxury of getting out of the whirlpool of "it has to be this way; we've always done it this way, it's grown historically...." to a joyful and pleasurable work. And that's exactly what I would like to enable others to do as well, to regain the easiness.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
In my case, the lack of an IT department. Small problems often cost me hours and nerves.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Visualize your success.
- Tell your story to many people; it will get better and rounder every time so you will develop your ideas further.
- Look for a like-minded person who is one step ahead. This person will know how you feel and can help you get over your doubts.
