What's your business, and who are your customers?
I am a Core Energy Life and Leadership Coach who supports Super Achievers reconnecting to their inner power to reach their most optimal version with fulfillment.
Tell us about yourself
I am a recovering Super Achiever, hopeful dreamer, and founder of OMtop Coaching® and the Internet of Beings® project. For most of my early life, I lived on autopilot, jumping from one achievement to another. I was born and raised in Bolivia and started playing tennis competitively at a young age. I won a national tournament when I was just seven years old, and it was the first time I felt accepted, valued, and loved. I decided that winning trophies and achieving things would give me love and acceptance, so I became a Super Achiever. I ranked #1 in my country for tennis, received a full scholarship at the University of Toledo, Ohio (NCAA), earned a graduate degree (MBA) with honors at only 24 years old, and built a successful marketing career that spanned 20 years and included working for Fortune 500 corporations.
Fortunately, my passion and curiosity about the life led me to discover what prevented me from owning my life and enjoying it to the fullest. I now have a Reiki healing certification from Healing Hands Reiki School of India in Rishikesh, India, and am a Certified Core Energy Life and Leadership coach with a mission to help other Super Achievers transform their lives, unlock their authentic power, own themselves consciously, grow from within, speed up their transformation, and amplify their success, becoming turbo agents for the collective upgrade.
I understand that it may sound like I am still an overachiever, but the key is to redirect your energy to choose your path and live a more meaningful life consciously. I help Super Achievers find their authentic power and mindfully create the life they want. Through workshops, seminars, group coaching, and using energy management tools such as Average Resonating Levels, I help several multi-billion-dollar corporations create a competitive advantage from the inside out by building conscious leaders. The Super Achievers I have worked with have experienced transformational growth that resulted in higher levels of productivity, adaptability to change, increased sales, and, most importantly, higher levels of innovation, bringing win-win-win business results.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Being able to serve other people and dedicating my life to supporting Super Achievers to reconnect to their purpose has been a game changer for my life and career. I developed a growth model that elevates people, and in that journey, they find their transpersonal purpose. It has worked for me. I am the founder of the Internet of Beings Project. The Internet of Beings® is a project that helps people connect with others more authentically to strengthen a global heartbeat and reconnect to our inner power, which requires going beyond compassion and emotional intelligence. It requires cultivating social intelligence and "Energetic Intelligence" or "EnQ." which involves developing a sense of purpose and meaning in life and connecting to something greater than oneself. Developing EnQ can lead to a deeper sense of inner peace and fulfillment and can also inspire one to make a positive impact in the world and act as a change agent to speed up evolution. We believe everyone should have access to core energy coaching to master The Three Connections:
- The connection with the self for radical awareness, acceptance, and alignment to who they are to tap into their elevated frequencies.
- The connection with the future self will fuel how quickly we experience our ideal life, focusing on moving forward further and faster when we master this second connection.
- The connection with others makes their growth selfless, social, sustainable, and scalable.
We can create a powerful force for positive change in the world. This can help you build stronger relationships, promote greater understanding and empathy, and create a more reconnected world. By building a strong Human connection system, we increase the coherence and reduce the friction so conscious evolution can happen faster for us. Taking this project off the ground has been my biggest accomplishment.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
One of the hardest things I have had to face has been having patience. I am known for not being patient. I want to see results fast. But as a business owner, you must embrace patience and enjoy the journey as it comes.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
First, I would say to make sure you love to do what you do because when times get hard, passion is what keeps you going. Secondly, you must focus on the people that you are serving. It is key to always listen to their voice so you can build meaningful relationships and continuously adjust to what they need. Finally, I would say never stop working on your inner growth because your success and growth are determined by how much of the world you fit in your perspective, and you only expand when you work from the inside out.
