My biggest accomplishment is going into full-time entrepreneurship in our first year and sustaining my vision, motivation, and most importantly, mental health!
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
One of the hardest things that come along with being a business owner is the balance of life roles. Specifically, as a mental health professional, wanting to help not only others but also help myself.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- The top 3 tips I would give anyone is to lean into your existing support systems. You shouldn't grow alone.
- Secondly, be patient with the process. It ebbs and flows, but trust your vision will arrive and be ready for it.
- Lastly, have fun! Meaning being yourself, accepting mistakes, looking at failure as an opportunity to revise, and always being open to learning.
