What's your business, and who are your customers?
My business is the game of treating patients with evidence-based biostimulation protocols using non-pharmacological approaches. Namely, acupuncture and laser acupuncture is my core area of expertise. I also use Tuina in my practice, which is a form of medical Chinese massage therapy.
Tell us about yourself
I started working as a massage therapist 18 years ago when I was still an acupuncture student. Fifteen years back, I started my acupuncture practice, and I have been working with various types of patients over the years. I now have two practices, one in Montreal and the other in Magog, one of the most beautiful touristic regions of the province of Québec.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Starting and growing successfully through a recession and making it through a worldwide pandemic without a scratch. My business model proved to be pandemic proof and recession-proof.

You still are in the time for money trap, and you pay taxes.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Fail forward. Fail more and fail faster. That’s how you will learn.
