What's your business, and who are your customers?
It's in you corner is a coaching platform for various people across the globe. My clients are employees, entrepreneurs, and professionals who are seeking to develop their lives and achieve their goals. I provide workshops for employees and organizations and also provide personal online training for organizations and individuals. The key result is understanding WHO you are, your WHY, your GIFTS, and HOW to utilize them successfully. Having a positive mindset and attitude towards our goals and the confidence to embrace the changes that come with it.
Tell us about yourself
My name is Ope O. Adebayo, also known as "Coach Ope" a life coach, inspirational speaker, author, and philanthropist. The founder of One Dime One Smile foundation, a 501© (3) non-profit organization born out of a passion for the needy, established in 2019 mainly for charitable purposes.
I am a creative entrepreneur and the author of the books titled "Greatness is in You" and "The Shift." My actionable content and measurable value bring a positive impact on my audience. I understand that each audience is unique and, therefore, able to meet their unique needs through focused coaching, speaking, and training. The crux of my message is to challenge everyone to be the best version of themselves and give birth to the greatness that lies within them by becoming purpose-driven.
My mission is to help many to stop shrinking and start living, break through all self-limitations, and inspire them to find their voice so as to live up to their full potential in life.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment is serving or coaching many individuals and seeing them win in all spheres of their respective lives. That's a great blessing for me, and it gives me great joy when I put smiles on faces, help them break out of their shell, and discover their purpose in life.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
The ability to create a balance in everything you do, but it's doable and achievable through thorough planning.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
It all start with walking with God, believing in yourself and being more intentional about your dreams and goals in life. Know your why, and have a prepared plan. Take those skills and start now! It doesn't matter how long it takes; you will get there as long as you do not give up.
The common problem with most people is fear. Fear of failure, fear of the unknown. Leverage those fears and build a productive life. Surround yourself with the right people, people with a positive mindset and positive attitude, and avoid distractions. Reach out to mentors, have an accountability partner, and keep learning, growing, keep evolving and put your whole trust in God.
