After a near-death experience when my eldest of five teenage sons went into anaphylactic shock on a transatlantic flight, I decided something needed to change. My journey of self-discovery was fueled by the need to help my son find a healthier way to live. My family and I were frustrated with traditional Western medicine, and the Standard American Diet (SAD) wasn't cutting it.
The answer was a holistic approach to health and wellness. I opened O2Living at the Yellow Monkey Village, creating a community for health and wellness complete with yoga studios, a cold-pressed juice and smoothie bar, a wellness spa, and an organic boutique back in 2009. The incident that happened to my eldest son of five boys ultimately helped birth Living Juice. An organic fruit and vegetable juice that became so loved that there was no choice but to expand.
In 2014, the O2Living juicery was opened, and the rest is history!

Quality control.

- Be aware of the risks in starting a new business.
