What's your business, and who are your customers?
I'm a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, R.H.N., and I support my clients in living their most nutritious life! My clients are people looking to upgrade their health and address existing health challenges they may be experiencing. I support a lot of people with healthy weight loss for long-term success.
Tell us about yourself
I've always been interested in nutrition as I'm a vegetarian that happens to be lactose intolerant. That meant reading lots of labels growing up, and organically, I've come to understand which foods are good for us and which need to be avoided. I became a holistic nutritionist since we're whole people, and health goes beyond just food.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Starting my first business and having success! I love seeing my clients have success and feel like they can tackle the world.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
BALANCE! We often have a difficult time taking care of ourselves while running a small business. There are SO MANY things to get done on a regular basis.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Set clear and realistic goals that are attainable and offer balance.
- Get networking! Join a group and get others touting your value and expertise.
- Set a solid foundation that will help you grow your business at the right pace.
