What's your business, and who are your customers?
Nutrition Perspective, LLC. I help people with diabetes navigate their disease in a compassionate and informed way and improve their relationship with food. I specialize in working with people with diabetes as well as those with eating disorders.
Tell us about yourself
I have been a dietitian for over 20 years and really wanted to provide access for people have access to a dietitian that specializes.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Pivoting to include a virtual platform to continue serving my clients when in-person care became impossible. Continuing to pivot the model to help clients access to care.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
Being flexible to stay relevant but holding boundaries to ensure you are taking care of yourself and your business.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
