What's your business, and who are your customers?

nTask is an online project management platform known for pioneering simplified work management. The platform helps to get more done while meeting all of the quality standards of industries. nTask is extensively customizable and one of the most affordable in the industry. nTask is designed for all-sized teams and industries. Over 200,000+ companies trust nTask globally for managing campaigns, sprints, product development, inventory, clients, company goals & targets, and much more.

Tell us about yourself

We wanted to solve the challenges of collaborative work management after the pandemic had hit the business world. There were hundreds of applications that were already focusing on communications and some on project management, but to make it really effective, we needed to have something that is as simple as a chat app and as powerful as a project management app – that is how nTask was born. That is the same thing that keeps us going in pushing to solve work management challenges in a simpler way every day.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

To have really made a difference for businesses that were too straightforward or fast to adapt project management – that was the goal, and the first thousand customers that we had were so receptive to the app and the pain point that it was trying to solve. It was the best feeling in the world to find your fit so quickly after launching and really making a difference for people and their teams.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

I think growth has got to be the hardest, but it is also the easiest. It is a game of patience and experimenting, and that is the hardest thing to do. You have to spend your time, focus, and money on growing something at a steady pace.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Believing in yourself, especially if you are looking to launch a new business, is half the battle. You will have setbacks, unexpected challenges, and different issues in due course of time, but everything will fall into place. It’s part of the game.
  2. Whether tech-related or in any other industry, any successful business owner has to go through the same learning process you’re experiencing. To that effect, adopt a ‘getting things done’ attitude and avoid procrastination as much as possible.
  3. Maintaining such an approach to life and work inspires confidence in team members to take the bull by the horns. Other than that, it’s all about innovating and timely implementation of your ideas before it’s too late.
