What's your business, and who are your customers?

We own a Bakery; we have a large group of different ethnic people. We do provide great deserts and a variety of breads, sandwiches, and salads. We are an own family business and try to make our customers feel as welcome as possible.

My children got me into starting this business. They motivate me to do better every day.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Having satisfied customers.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

It's the overhead, the stress of not failing, and ensuring we keep doing better and improving our services.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Work hard, don't give up because things get tough. Learn how to budget.
