What's your business, and who are your customers?
I get to change lives daily and inspire healthy living. I create customized meal plans, recommendations, and specialized workout plans for each client. I love seeing my clients' results daily, their feelings, and the improvements.
Tell us about yourself
I am a dental hygienist by trade and took an interest in Nutrition while in dental hygiene school in 2002. I personally struggled with gut health and controlling my portions with healthy foods and was not seeing results. I learned to listen to my body and give it what it was craving. We lack so many nutrients in our Nutrition today, but there are ways around it. I love teaching my clients how to work with what they have to make big strides in their everyday lives and SEE RESULTS.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment as a business owner is being authentic to what I believe and share. I would never share anything I didn't fully believe in, and I LOVE what I do and love to create specific plans based on my client's health history and needs.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
The hardest thing is GROWING your business. Life takes over, and no matter what - staying consistent is the KEY.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Follow your why and keep it close to you.
- Genuinely follow what you believe.
- STAY CONSISTENT in your goals. Make small goals daily
