My Name is Normand Burke, and I'm a Certified Professional Business Coach and owner of The Q Six Business Group Inc. and Q Six Business Growth Coaching. I started my business to work with Businesses interested in DOUBLING, TRIPLING, or QUADRUPLING THEIR PROFITS. Those who have been in business for several years or as a start-up and are feeling like a servant to their business they're spinning their wheels and are overwhelmed by all their responsibilities. Together we look at ways to leverage your business and increase your bottom line so that you live a life of more joy, balance, and less stress.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
For me personally, it was growing up in a single-parent household and making it this far while overcoming so many hurdles to now having a successful healthy business and being able to lay my head down nightly knowing all I do is help people for a living, nothing more.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Definitely, time management and focus if you are working from home.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Know your numbers, and keep on top of the weekly, if not daily, have at least ten months minimum of seed/cash money in your account so you can live on while you wait to turn a profit, learn to sell, and continue to learn to sell.

Just do it, don't wait. The secret to getting ahead is to get started, don't wait; life goes by faster than you think.
