What's your business, and who are your customers?

Nonna's Famous Inc. connects busy humans at the table with our gourmet DIY pizza kits while providing an opportunity to build impactful communities. We donate 30% of proceeds to different charities in Ontario, Canada. Our customers shop with intention and are purpose-driven.

Tell us about yourself

I wanted to do a one-time fundraiser for our local children's hospital, but it gained much attention and interest, so I decided to make it a full-on Social Enterprise.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

My biggest success has been building an impactful community full of humans who care about other humans, connecting and building each other up. My kids want to help others in their community and are learning the importance of integrity and impact!

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Being a one-woman operation from prepping our products, delivery, financials, marketing, and being a rockstar MOM to all 4 of my children.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Stay present. Even in times of worry or trouble, we are learning and growing. Go easy on yourself.

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

I love the community and connecting with other female-led businesses!
