What's your business, and who are your customers?
No Stranger Coffee is a Houston-based coffee company that aims to deliver delicious coffee with added health benefits to enhance your day. Our customers are motivated to be the best version of themselves. Mushrooms have been used medicinally for centuries. Studies continue to show that they support cognitive health, improve the immune system, and manage stress and mood. Mushroom coffee aims to replace a normal morning routine in the simplest way.
Tell us about yourself
We have been living our healthiest lifestyles for as long as we can remember. Eating healthy and exercising have been big parts of our lives, and due to that, we are always looking to improve ourselves. Our morning routine was holding us back from being the best version of ourselves, so we decided to make it better. We couldn't find any coffee supplement that made us feel energized for the entire day. This drove us to research and create our own perfect blend of mushroom coffee that tastes great and makes us feel amazing. We wanted other people to feel how we did, so we created No Stranger Coffee.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Our biggest accomplishment was being able to create a brand that is supported by people that feel the same way that we do. We all have goals and aspirations that we are working towards and aim to help these people achieve their goals. No Stranger is much more than just mushroom coffee. We are a brand that is fueled to help people pave their own way.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Making decisions and deciding when or what to do next is one of the hardest parts of being a business owner. The constant pressure to make the right decisions can be stressful. We value every decision we make, and we know every decision will lead to personal or business growth. We have learned from every decision we've made and have utilized it to better our brand.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
