What's your business, and who are your customers?
My business is transforming people's lives using various techniques, including NLP and esoteric principles - my customers are those who are on the path of self-development.
Tell us about yourself
I had an amazing experience where a skilled NLP Practitioner found an event that had completely blocked me for a whole year. Consciously, I had no idea, but she knew how to talk to my subconscious mind. From then on, I continued working that way, got myself trained, and now facilitate those changes in others.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
When I got the call to deliver training to the UK Cabinet Office in London, I knew I had let go of a lot of limitations about working with people in authority and a lack of formal education.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
One of the hardest things is keeping people around me as motivated to do a good job as I am. You shouldn't need a reason to do excellent work ongoingly, but people's old patterns get in the way of themselves.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Working for yourself is a step toward being a complete individual and letting go of the parent-child theme. Find a business that matches your personality and what you feel your path in life is. Then choose the right people to work alongside you. Make integrity your aim for you, your company, and those that work with you.
