Tell us about yourself
I first became interested in being an entrepreneur and business owner at the young age of 7, watching my mother work for herself her entire life before getting sick and going into a coma. It was then I knew I had more to offer the world than just working a 9 - 5. Over the years, I have studied and have been certified by such people as Dan Lok, Russel Brunson, and Dean Graziosi, just to name a few. I have worn so many hats over the years that have helped develop my professional journey. You may ask what motivates me to do what I do, the simple answer is I want to change the world, and that starts with ourselves. My real lofty goal is to create a Ninja Center catered to women and children from abusive or broken homes to find a better way and be the best version of themselves. What Ninja Credit Consultants does is help people increase their credit score so they can buy their own homes, get better cars, terms on loans, etc. essentially, we help build people's lives which in turn builds our community up as a Ninja Center is also like a gym but for the mind body and soul. What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
As an entrepreneur, I've had my share of successes and failures. But if there's one thing that I'm proud of, it's my ability to overcome what people originally said about me. When I was younger, I was told by everyone - teachers, counselors, family, and friends - that there was no way I could ever own or run a business. They said I should just give up the dream and get a job like everyone else they knew. But I'm glad I didn't listen to them! Ninja Credit Consultants is proof that anything is possible if you set your mind to it. The other accomplishment that I'm proud of is unlearning all that I thought I knew about business. I used to think that my opinion meant everything - but I quickly realized that's not the case in the market. The market will always give you the information you need - you just have to learn to let go and be open to it. If you're too attached to an outcome, it will cost you your business. So keep detachments close and never give up on your dreams - anything is possible!
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
One of the hardest things that come with being a business owner is being able to adapt to situations you did not plan for. For example, having to pivot your business model when you suddenly lose your biggest customer or learning how to make sales when you're not a natural salesman.
Being able to adapt quickly and effectively is key to success as a business owner. You need to be able to roll with the punches and make the best of every situation. So if you're someone who likes things to be neat and tidy, owning your own business may not be the right fit for you. But if you're someone who enjoys challenges and can thrive in chaos, then owning your own business is definitely for you!
